Established in 2001 in Bucharest, Romania, the "Aniela Badita" & "Ovidiu Pop" Legal Practices have become "BADITA & POP" LLP which bears the name of the founding attorneys. This company is registered with the National Association of the Romanian Bars and functions as part of the Bucharest Bar.
The Partners hold the title of insolvency practitioners and are also approved and authorized as mediators. The attorneys of B&P are members of the International Association of Lawyers – UIA.
