Visitors emailing or posting a question electronically do not by any standards benefit from Client status with our company. These communications will be regarded as requests for direct contact. Any answer to any question posed by a visitor of the website is to be regarded as an invitation to direct communication. Should a Visitor wish to become Client of our company, he/she is asked to contact one of B&P’s representatives. Please note that the information on this website is not provided in the course of an attorney-client relationship and the communication established through this website does not constitute legal advice or consultancy, therefore B&P does not accept any kind of responsibility for any loss which may arise from reliance on information, materials published on this website or communications.

When B&P is involved in a communication with the Visitor, it is possible that some Visitors’ personal informations to be used such as in the case of a direct contact using the website email form. It is a legitimate interest for B&P to be able to provide Visitors with appropriate responses and to provide them with informations about the legal services or other legal matters. Job applicants through the Careers page:

B&P uses the personal data of the applicants contained in the CVs received in order to assess the qualifications of the senders for the open position within the company. 

This data processing activity is based on the grounds of entering into a job agreement.

The categories of data processed in this manner are name, e-mail, phone, fax, address, personal data included in CVs, education and training details, professional qualifications, as well as other personal data the applicant may provide directly.
